What is online personal training anyway?

 

We all live pretty hectic lives between family life, careers, running the kids around to all their activities, hobbies,  traveling, etc. Online personal training gives you more flexibility to workout anywhere and anytime. You don’t need to go to the gym to achieve your fitness goals, and more than not, clients are choosing to workout in the comfort of their homes, outdoors, and on the road while traveling for work or fun.  Of course the best part is the price! No need for a gym membership or expensive in-person training sessions. Online training provides so much more freedom, flexibility, support, and fun without the financial burden.

 

You will be working directly with me, using  a customized fitness program tailored to your personal goals, needs, and workout preferences.  I will be here for you every step of the way to make sure that you reach your health and fitness dreams, stay motivated, have fun, improve overall health (mentally, physically and spiritually), and connect you to the Southern Missfit Community in a private and exclusive Facebook group.  It is imperative, especially for women, to be surrounded by others who will support you unconditionally.      


 

This package includes the following:

 

  • 1 on 1 online fitness and motivation coaching

  • 3 workouts per week - completely customized

  • Initial health and lifestyle questionnaire 

  • FREE 20 minute phone or Zoom consultation before we get started

  • 24 hour access to your program on the Southern Missfit app

  • Unlimited support via email, the training app, and Facebook page

  • Weekly check-ins and photo updates to track your progress and make sure that you are reaching small goals along the way.

  • Basic nutritional guidance

  • Most importantly...accountability and community!!!!  I want you to succeed and will go above and beyond to make sure that happens.  I will be your biggest fan and cheerleader, motivator, and push you when I see that you need a swift kick to the bum. Hey, we all need it at times because let’s face it, we are all perfectly imperfect!
